Ballyphelan Loganberry

Logan was our first hound from Ballyphelan and again, a heart hound for us. She was another of those Wolfhounds whose gentle nature and gentle wagging tail was meant for everyone. We had a wonderful time in the show ring with her, giving me my first successes in the show ring. It was with this girl that I learned the pleasure of showing a hound on a completely loose lead as she would float effortlessly round and free stand with so little imput from me, so setting a benchmark that I have preferred to work to ever since when handling my other Wolfhounds at the shows. It was a real sadness for us that she left no progeny and when she left us the space was immeasurable.
